Kirley Architects was commissioned to reimagine this equestrian estate to both maximize the potential of the site and to create a seamless living and working environment for a family in love with the beauty of this Northern California property.  The new masterplan includes a new primary residence, pool, pool house (ADU) Equestrian Barn, Party Barn, Antique car garage and a riding arena.  Both the masterplan and architecture were designed closely with the client’s and their wishes to recreate the feel of a native Virginia architecture here in California.  The classical and formal main house blends seamlessly with the more vernacular and equestrian facilities.  All of which surrounds a new pool and central courtyard area.
