A complete renovation of this unique Cole Valley residence focused on maintaining the traditional character while opening the floor plan to create a more contemporary layout tailored to modern living. This is best seen in the combination of new sleek black slate integrated into the existing decorative fireplace surround, the new crisp and clean white kitchen and bath. All new custom interior mouldings, doors, floors, millwork and hardware were meticulously designed and selected to create a rich palette of architectural character.
