Located in the heart of Kentfield, CA, this project transformed a dated 1990s remodel into a stunning modern sanctuary. Partnering with the talented interior designer HKB, our team executed a full gut renovation of the home’s main level. The design reimagined the space with a focus on creating an open, airy floor plan that seamlessly connects living, dining, and kitchen areas, while incorporating clean lines and high-end finishes. Natural light floods the space through newly expanded windows, highlighting the interplay of sleek materials and warm, inviting textures. The result is a harmonious blend of functionality and contemporary elegance, perfectly suited for modern living in Marin County.
